IPTC welcomes coverage of our conferences and awards in the media. Members of the working press are eligible to receive complimentary registration to IPTC if they meet the criteria below.

Press registration information will be available on the event website for each edition of IPTC. Please visit the press page on the current year's website for further information and the press registration form.

Eligibility Criteria

Please read the criteria carefully before applying for press registration:

Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press (examples: reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.).
Titles that will not be eligible include PR or marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc.
Journalists must be employed by a news organisation that covers the oil and gas industry.
To ensure a secure conference, photo identification is required.
